Reiki
A reiki session with Annie is experiencing the power of Universal Life Energy, and whether it’s for the first time or as a regular practice, this can be profoundly healing and transformative. Where standard Western practice falls short in the realm of pain tolerance, nervous system regulation and the speed at which we heal physically and emotionally, enter reiki for the gentle win. Through the power of mindful touch and intention, reiki releases energy flow and allows the body its own natural and beautiful healing process. As we evolve and learn to heal our bodies through physical and emotional caretaking, reiki offers support where and when we need it most. Sessions start at $120.
Tarot
A Tarot session with Annie is an hour of intentional focus on a particular question or issue for which the seeker is in search of a deeper understanding. Annie’s compassionate and literary approach immediately helps put her seeker at ease as they explore the light and the dark, the love and the fear. The seeker will work with several cards to reveal potential challenges, upcoming understandings and possibilities, and new medicine that will help guide and shift them toward illumination. Annie works with all seekers, all questions, in love and light and non-judgement for a safe, channelled experience that will bring nourishment and deep support to her seeker, as they open their hearts to receiving the ancient wisdom that comes directly to them in times of vulnerability. Sessions start at $120. Single card call session $20.

The Morning Mystic
Annie Mosher
Wellness Practitioner, Intuitive
Annie Mosher is a mother, an animal lover, a singer/songwriter, a poet, a dancer, a healer and an intuitive. She has worked with energy all her life, coaching gymnastics and teaching dance in northern Vermont where she grew up. She graduated from Syracuse University with a BFA in drama and movement, and practiced Feldenkreis Method movement therapy for many years as a performer herself and later in her teachings with clients. In 2010 she became an American Council on Exercise Certified Personal Trainer and Behavior Change Specialist, and soon after broadened her scope of practice as a Hope Ignited trained trauma-informed PT. This knowledge and education in the physical fitness field for the past many years has enhanced and deepened her work as a reiki practitioner in Nashville and beyond. Annie has also enjoyed studying and utilizing the art of Tarot analytics in her practice for more than 30 years, and has offered hundreds of accurate and powerful readings worldwide.
In 2019 she began working specifically in the field of substance use disorder recovery, where she enjoys connecting with people in all stages of recovery through these many modalities in the healing arts. She is a skilled bodyworker in Music City, as well as a respected and vibrant performer in the music community. She lives in Nashville with her husband and 2 children and their Daisy Dog, Pappy, Rosabelle kitty and Pearl the parakeet.
